Blue Dot Project: A Data Driven "Controller"

We study into Locus Coeruleus Norepinephrine System and its potential links to rumination using computational methods and topological data analysis. We try to leverage the power of neural network to build an Neural Gadget Controller (NGC), inspired by the Neural Turing Machine, and fit to an neurosciecne behavioral dataset related to pupil dilation & memory.
